Can I track my order? Yes, once you place your order via Paypal you will be given an order number. All orders are processed and dispatched the same working day if ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday or the next day if ordered after this cut off time. Once posted you will receive a tracking number for your parcel via our Customer Care team. All orders are sent via Royal Mail so you simply need to go to Royalmail.com to track your delivery. How long does it take to receive my order? Within the UK: Orders over £15 are sent via the Royal Mail Signed Parcel 48 Service so they arrive within 2-3 working days with a tracking number. For smaller orders under £15 they are sent via Royal Mail 24 with no tracking number but with delivery in 1-2 working days.

International orders: International orders under £15 are sent international standard via Royal Mail with delivery within 10-15 working days. Orders over £15 shall be sent with a tracking number via international tracked and signed service again via Royal Mail normally taking around 10 working days but sometimes longer depending on your location from the UK.

What if I change my mind? No problem, simply email us at customercare@taymee.co.uk and we will either not dispatch the order(please note the cut off time for this is 2pm on the day you order) or you can return the order to us for a FULL refund once you have received it.

What is your Full Return Procedure? You can return your order for FREE. simply email us at customercare@taymee.co.uk to be given a Return Number and shipping label. You can return the item within 30 days for a full refund. Please note for cosmetic items they would need to be returned in their new and original state for a full refund to be given and the same for underwear and lingerie. Once received then a full refund shall be processed.
